We are wholly black owned business working to build one of the most unique skills training academy. Siviwe “ Chippa” Mpengesi founded CTA in 2008. Passionate about development and entrepreneurship , Mpengesi wanted to focus on skills development and education that will yield towards the establishment of an entrepreneurial society.

Mpengesi broke ground with a security company that has ventured into several sectors of the economy. To date more than 400 000 CTA trainees have accessed opportunities that have provided them with tools needed to secure employment and to start their own businesses. The training helps our clients to better manage and understand all their skills need through every stage of their work and entrepreneurial life.
